As we reluctantly leave Port Douglas (until next time!) just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci. We now know why the Queenslander home is so popular up here as the house kept deliciously cool during our stay. We loved the welcoming, comfortable furnishings which made us feel that we were locals not visitors! Our toughest decision all week was whether to float in the palm fringed pool, sun bake by the fernery or just read a good book on the day bed on the verandah! Blissful! We look forward to visiting again - both Sans Souci and Port Douglas!  Jenny
