PIK UP STIX is a unique catering company that blends home comfort, restaurant style, passion for food & a dedicated individual that’s there for all your needs. Creating an evening of fun and relaxation & leaving nothing but a pristine kitchen and some very happy belly’s.

Your Chef
I am there to make your dinner party hassle free; you won’t be lifting a finger, except to pop the champagne! I will take care of everything from the shopping, down to the table setting and flowers, and can even include a crash course in cocktail making for you and your guests.


My speciality is ‘the intimate dinner party’, restaurant style dining in the comfort of your own home. Relax and settle into a 5-8 course meal, with wines to match, or if you have a cellar to die for, I can devise a menu to complement your choice of wine.


As well as the above: family in house catering-(kids are no problem) canapé evenings, cocktail parties, ladies lunch’s and brunch’s can be catered for, even kids parties can be attempted (we all know that they are our biggest critics!)

-Fresh shucked oysters with gazpacho dressing & balsamic glaze
-Warm citrus cured salmon with snow pea coulis, confit orange segments & caviar
-Lemongrass/kafir lime steamed Tasmanian scallops with salmon roe
-Chestnut, ricotta & silver beet tart
-Sesame crusted seared tuna with fennel/cherry tomato salad
-Grilled W.A. crayfish with herb butter & chilli fig spiced chutney
-Thyme infused scallops with morel mushrooms & sundried tomatoes
-Peppered eye fillet with baby beet jus & buttered beans
-Oven roasted whole fish your way
-Medium-rare veal rack with baby vegetables & port jus
-Roast duck breast with broccolini & pear/ginger marmalade
-Lime tart with vanilla mascarpone
-Chilli, cardamon choc mousse pots
-Poached pears with port glaze
-Trio of chesses with assorted accompaniments
