Cancellation Policy
Low Season:
No charge to cancel a reservation between booking and 8 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 100% of the stay. Failure to arrive/no show – 100% will be charged.
High Season:
No charge to cancel a reservation between booking and 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged 100% of the stay. Failure to arrive/ no show – 100% will be charged.
Child Policy
Infants 0 – 2 inclusive are free of charge if sleeping in existing bedding
Cots are available for $10 per room, per night. Must be booked in advance and payable direct on check in.
Additional children 3 – 12 inclusive are charged at the extra person rate
High Chair and Stroller Hire is available for $15 each item per booking
Room Servicing
For stays of 7 nights or more a mid-stay clean is included in the rate. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional charge. This is
non commissionable.
