SUITE DESCRIPTIONS:
All of the suites have been transformed to represent the boutique hotel’s sophisticated yet relaxed persona, featuring neutral & calming tones, complemented by modern soft furnishings and décor. Maintaining style, luxury and the highest standards this boutique hotel is renowned for.

RECEPTION HOURS: 
Monday to Friday: 7am to 9pm Saturday & Sunday: 7am to 7pm 
Guests arriving outside reception hours, arrangements for access are to be made prior to arrival. A night key safe is used. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

High Season: No charge to cancel a reservation outside 30 days prior to arrival (unless for group bookings). Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival (including fail to arrive/no show) will incur the full accommodation charge (no refund). 

Low Season: No charge to cancel a reservation outside 14 days. Cancellations within14 days or less the full accommodation will be charged. – Fail to arrive/no show, the full amount will be charged (no refund). 

In the event that a guest needs to change or cancel a reservation for any event, natural disaster or otherwise and/or reduce the length of stay after check in for any reason no refunds apply. We recommend guests staying at the Peninsula arrange travel insurance to cover all events or circumstances including natural disaster or any medical issues. 

COMPLIMENTARY DEPARTURE TRANSFER: 
Flight details for guests requiring complimentary departure transfers are required at time of reservation. If flight departure details are not provided within 24 hours of the guests arrival, the transfer will not be booked. Please note if guests do require arrival transfers from the Cairns Airport or Cairns City to Port Douglas, we can organise this at a special rate of AUD$40 per person payable directly to the hotel (seat on shuttle bus service). Private transfer options can be organised by contacting us directly at the hotel. Please note, we need at least 48hrs notice for arranging arrival transfers. Complimentary departure transfers are valid for stays for more than 3 nights. The complimentary departure service is a seat in a shuttle bus that leaves the hotel on the hour, every hour. Any departure transfers between 10pm and 4am will occur an additional $50AUD surcharge (payable directly to the hotel)
