The Port Douglas Beach House is one of the newest, largest and most exclusive homes in Port Douglas and is now available for holiday rental. Upstairs, overlooking pool and beach, a 100 sqm balcony is partially cantilevered over the pool and connects seamlessly with the generous common open plan living area through sliding doors opening a span of over 10 metres. The spiral staircase connecting all three levels of entertainment areas will take you to the roof deck, again generously spaced at 150 sqm. Comfortable seating areas and deckchairs are provided for sunbathing, looking over the beach to the ocean, and stargazing at night.

The 25 metre freshwater lap pool, set on the beachfront, features a swim up cocktail bar for cool drinks in the water on hot days. The bar has its own serving area, and the large entertainment area around the pool includes a full outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, and outdoor dining area for 10 people.
