Oaks Kitchen and Garden was created by Ben Wallace and Rachael Boon who have spent their lives immersed in Southeast Asian cuisine and
culture. Their passion for cooking a diverse and interesting menu will influence you to develop your own fondness for fresh, seasonal food.
With the class, you will learn how to make a selection of Thai dishes, classic & modern, from salads, relishes to curries. This class is suitable for all skill levels – whether you’ve worked in a professional kitchen or can barely boil water, you will be able to make simple and delicious dishes.
