Tropical Far North Queensland boasts a pleasant climate all year round.

There are two distinct seasons; a winter period of low rainfall, and a summer period of warmer temperatures and tropical showers. The winter months of May to October bring temperatures on average of 18-28C and usually means stunning weather with plenty of sunshine & sea breezes.  Our tropical summer months reach 29-33C from November to April. Enjoy the rainforest at its best; when growth and rejuvenation occur.

A swimming enclosure operates at Four Mile Beach during the summer stinger months. Alternatively, a refreshing fresh water swim at the local Mossman Gorge is often a popular choice during summer months or swimming can be enjoyed all year round at the Great Barrier Reef.
